This policy explains what personal information Nu-Look Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through one of the two forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Quote request form: your name, email address, phone number, suburb, the service you need, property type, details about the job, and your preferred date.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange the work. That’s it. We may contact you about the job you asked about. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to us and stored on this website. Quote requests are also passed to our job management system so we can turn them into a quote and a booking. Both are hosted on servers located in Australia.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to service the job and meet our record-keeping obligations, and then we remove them.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work. For example, to keep the site fast and to stop form spam. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@nu-lookcarpetcleaning.com.au or call 1300 793 442 and we’ll sort it out.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
