This website is operated by Nu-Look Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. We keep the information on it as accurate and current as we can, but service details and availability can change.

Quotes

Submitting the quote request form is a request, not a booking. A quote is only a quote once we’ve sent you one directly. Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the job turns out to be materially different when we arrive, we’ll talk to you about it before doing the work, not after.

Bookings and access

We’ll confirm the date and time with you directly. Please make sure we can get access to the property at the agreed time. If we can’t, we’ll need to reschedule.

Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this website limits those rights. If you’re not happy with the work, tell us. We would rather hear about it and put it right.
